Sales Rep Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Establish, maintain and grow accounts.
  • Order entry and sales account maintenance and administration.
  • Coordinate with customers on payment, delivery schedule, RMA and related issues via phone or emails.
  • Develop and maintain close contact with existing customers include getting feedback and assist with resolution of customer issues or comments.
  • Participate in product and sales training periodically.
  • Make cold calls to establish new sales leads.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales goals as well as other metrics as presented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in PC industry/distributor
  • Require the deep knowledge of competitors' business operation and PC related knowledge or technical knowledge
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual highly preferable: English and Spanish
  • Ability to work well within a team and quick learner with great working attitude
  • Goal oriented and highly motivated
