Sales Rep Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Establish, maintain and grow accounts.
- Order entry and sales account maintenance and administration.
- Coordinate with customers on payment, delivery schedule, RMA and related issues via phone or emails.
- Develop and maintain close contact with existing customers include getting feedback and assist with resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Participate in product and sales training periodically.
- Make cold calls to establish new sales leads.
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals as well as other metrics as presented.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in PC industry/distributor
- Require the deep knowledge of competitors' business operation and PC related knowledge or technical knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual highly preferable: English and Spanish
- Ability to work well within a team and quick learner with great working attitude
- Goal oriented and highly motivated
